Arrived here on new years eve at 7pm, atmosphere was fantastic. We went for a gala dinner which was fantastic all the chefs staff and kitchen staff walked all the round the dining room and everyone clapped them. (lovely) They work hard and don't get enough recognition. they served red and white wine at our table and water.
The food is fresh clean and in my opinion a lot of care taken to make it look nice.
The pool area was clean and the pool very warm my son was in the water nearly the whole holiday, the pool bar is nice to sit and chill and watch the world go by with a nice view of the sea. they serve you drinks whilst cleaning the whole time. I loved the cocktails they certainly did the trick for me. I took a few to my room and we enjoyed new years eve on our balcony watching the fireworks again FANTASTIC
The staff are amazing very friendly polite and helpful, always happy.The reception staff are always there for any problems and are always happy and friendly.
The maids cleaned our room and changed towells everyday our room was spotless we had a suite which was spacious, the balcony was huge enoughy room to sunbathe in the afternoon.
I can't rave about this hotel enough my 6 year old loved it and the kids club.

Initial thoughts on arrival at reception was that this was not a four star hotel. First visual impressions can be deceiving. We had a very enjoyable holiday with great food, attentive and friendly staff, good entertainment and all other things that go with all inclusive. A big plus was the rules regarding reserving of sun beds around the pools and other areas by leaving a towel on the bed then leaving which was not permitted.
Only downside was the frequent problems with the lifts which could mean a trek if you were on the lower floors. [Hide]
